The one resource that we can’t personally add to, but we can control how we spend it.
While there is an abundance of time management advice out there, perhaps there is a tip or two below that you never thought of
or appreciate being reminded about…
#1 Do you have a time management system in place so that you are proactive and not reactive? (MS Outlook/Online/Hard Copy)
*if you don’t - the day will control you
#2 Put the rocks in the jar first-then the sand will fit. Schedule even regular priorities first.
*if you don’t - other things will sneak in
#3 Build in a buffer so that you don’t overpromise and underdeliver.
*things usually take longer than we think
