Freelance Virtual Assistant


Modern Link Professional Services (ML) is currently seeking to hire a freelance Virtual Assistant on an Independent Contract to  perform various administrative duties and support our virtual business operations. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for varying responsibilities depending on our client needs. These could include scheduling, attending meetings, managing calendars, executing travel arrangements, administrative supports, accounting tasks, project work, etc. You may also be required to complete online research, compile and distribute reports, handle time sensitive administrative tasks, and potentially assist with some marketing supports or maintain and update company websites. At all times the VA will be mindful of client confidentiality and will maintain proper business etiquette as a representative of ML.


General Responsibilities:

·        Familiar with assigned client business           operations and protocols

·        Plan, organize, and execute office                   activities and oversee meetings

·        Manage office logistics if applicable

·        Manage and maintain calendars

·        Handle administrative tasks such as               filing, scanning, and copying

·        Handle bookkeeping or accounting               tasks

·        Complete word processing tasks

·        Research and organize data

·        Maintain and manage contacts

·        Create presentations and documents

·        Manage social media

·        Gather and organize data for                         statistical analysis


Minimum Qualifications:

·        Excellent written and verbal                           communication skills

·        Excellent organizational skills

·        Exceptional customer service skills

·        Strong ability to work independently,             anticipate needs and solve problems.
